so i had this epiphany while walking through the dollar store today. i was looking at all the cute plates with paterns in them and thinking 'wow, they are only $1. there's got to be something cool i could do with them'. i love cake stands and am always eager to find cute ones. so i decided that if you combined a candle holder at the base of these plates with epoxy, then you could have some pretty sweet custom cake plates.
